I am an ex service personnel (British Army) and have also served with the British Police as well as other corporate institutions in Africa.

I believe in continual lifestyle learning to achieve a target. I also believe that abilities are different and you need to continually challenge yourself to achieve the dimensions of health and wellbeing. You do not have to be super fit to achieve this.

As a qualified Gym Instructor, I try to incorporate a training atmosphere that both motivates and empowers individuals to choose their own fitness adventure and work towards it.

Victor Blaber

Personal Trainer

Victor Blaber is a highly experienced Personal Trainer who has worked with clients all over of all ages and from all walks of life. He has also worked with celebrity clients including the late Stephen Gately in the UK. Victor’s knowledge and understanding of the fitness industry allows him to cater for all levels of fitness from beginners to competitors, and achieve goals ranging from toning, shaping to weight-loss and muscle-gain.

Victor is an ex service soldier who with the British Army Parachute Regiment Support Unit. Whilst serving with his Unit he put his interest in fitness training to good use by becoming a unit Physical Instructor and regimental boxer. This provided him with an excellent platform into the fitness industry.

Victor is passionate about training and the benefits of having both a healthy body and mind. His highly professional approach focuses on correct form and technique in order to maximize results and prevent injury.

My philosophy as a personal trainer, as well as a former athlete is to train every single one of my clients like a world-class athlete; I believe even if you are not one, you can train like one! By training like one, it will guarantee you to reach your fitness goals in a shortest amount of time possible. No matter your fitness levels, I am dedicated in helping to motivate you to reach your desired fitness goals. This will be achieved through sensible eating, using variations of safe and progressive effective exercises. Sessions could take place indoors or outdoors, using your own body weight, gym equipment or mixture of boxing.
