Service Policy

Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the appointment. Any notified cancellations must be re-booked within seven working days and can’t be rescheduled twice.

Package expiry date:
The package’s expiry date is three months from the purchased date.

Please note:
If you fail to apply to the above SERVICE POLICY, the appointment(s) or session(s) will be fully charged, or complementary session will be forfeited.
