Fitness Plan
For the days when you’re not with trainer, a customized fitness plan can be designed for you to follow. This should help you to stay focused, active and on track.
Step 3
Nutrition Advice
For faster fitness results, a good diet is essential. Trainer will guide you on which foods to include in your meals, and those to void.
Step 4
Personal Training
Working out with a trainer at least once or more times a week will improve your chances of achieving your desired goals in shortest time-frame. Sessions are much safe, progressive and more effective.
Step 5
Fitness Review
Every 2 weeks you and trainer to review your fitness journey to ensure that you’re progressing and achieving your monthly set targets.
Step 6
Achievement Award
It’s important to be recognised & reward you for your hard work & achievements. Reaching your monthly set targets offers you the chance to receive complimentary session(s) or discount off your next purchase.
