Group sessions accommodate up to 15 people per session. Before attending any classes, we encourage you to check the class description information below to ensure classes meets your needs. All classes are designed for all fitness levels, and participants can exercise at their own pace with the trainer’s support.

Boot-Camp isn’t for the faint-hearted!!! The hardcore total body conditioning class combines short drills, sprints, and army base training. Circuit training consists of short bursts of strength exercises using moderate weights and frequent repetitions, followed quickly by another burst of exercises targeting a different muscle group. It creates endurance and recovery to help strengthen the heart. Great for burning calories while strengthening muscles & toning the body.

Real Art Boxing

Boxing training has long proven to be a great tool to get in elite shape. This class provides a full-body workout and will help you improve your agility, coordination, endurance, strength, and speed. In some of the drills, participants will work by themselves or will be paired to develop their skills. The class is fun and can help you reduce stress, build confidence, and empower and equip you with the knowledge and skills to prevent, avoid, and escape from risky situations.
Classes are mixed, so students of all abilities (including complete beginners) are welcome to attend.
HIIT(High-Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle, and maximizing calorie burn. This class requires participants to perform exercises with as high effort as possible for short bursts, rest for short recovery periods, and then repeat. As a result, HIIT can help you burn fat and “metabolically charge the body in the shortest timeframe with plenty of sweat. Depending on the specific protocol, each session consists of multiple exercise drills designed to ramp up your heart rate & challenge your strength endurance, essentially serving as a cardio option for your whole body and enhancing your athletic performance.
Beginners can gently build up their frequency of use, the speed, and intensity of the movements and they can quickly lose weight as well as build lean muscle or knock a few seconds off their run.
ABC’S Arms, Butt & Core

06:30 – 07:15
This class will creatively focus on exercises pertaining to your arms, butt and core. You will rethink the way you define fatigue and find new boundaries that challenge your muscular endurance and strength. This is a great compliment to what you do for cardio outside of class.
